The hotel's decoration was simply charming, with beautiful antique furniture and cozy, floral prints in the rooms. The general areas were well-maintained and had plenty of comfortable seating for senior people to relax and socialize. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was excellent, with wide hallways and ramps for easy navigation with a walking aid.
It would have been even better if the children working there had offered assistance with carrying luggage up the stairs.

Lovely cosy living room and great kitchen, rooms were really nice and spacious, felt super homely! Had teabags and salt and pepper, the basic essentials, which is always great. Also the location was absolutely gorgeous, couldn't believe how beautiful it was! the property was clean, spacious and very well equipped for a comfortable easy stay. the kitchen was lovely and well equipped, and the bathroom was lovely with an amazing shower. the location was ideal for us as we went to complete the Yorkshire 3 peaks. Lovely views, quiet village.
Could have done with a toaster, a sponge to wash up with, and perhaps a new mattress on one of the beds since it felt a bit worn. There are no nearby facilities on foot, so you will need transport to get to any restaurants, shops etc.

The bathroom was fantastic, fitted with a shower that made me feel like I was in a luxurious spa retreat. As a guest with disabilities, this made my stay even more comfortable and convenient.
Maybe it's just me, but I would've preferred if there was a bathtub instead of just a shower.
